About me
I’m Sherry Eckert, movement educator, podcast host, and the woman you’ll find on the rocky beach doing things that probably look a little wild from a distance.
My work blends strength, mobility, fascia release, somatic practices, and functional movement. I specialize in helping women 40+ move with confidence, stability, and joy, not just today, but for the decades ahead. I’ve spent 8 years collaborating with physical and occupational therapists, and 24 years refining what actually works in real bodies, in real life.
